Return & Exchange Policy


Wrong Size/ Dissatisfaction: A customer may only return their purchased items for a one-time courtesy exchange or refund if they are dissatisfied with the product only due to ill fitting.

Return Process:
- Contact Vegas Exotic Shoes and request an RMA(return Merchandise Authorization)
via email only.
- The email must have State: RMA Return Request in the subject line with the Order # or it may not be processed properly.
- The body of the email must contain the Customer Name, Address, Order # and specific reason for return.

- Once the return is approved and the RMA # issued, customer has to repackage the shoes and may not use any tape or attach any label on the product's original packaging or the return will be deemed non-resellable and will be rejected and no credit or refund will be issued.
- Once the item is received, Vegas Exotic Shoes will inspect the item. Once the return is found in sellabe condition and is approved a refund, the purchase price less 15% Restocking Fee and and the cost of shipping when the item was purchased, will be issued to Card or account used for payment.

Exchange Process:
Customers can request an exchange instead of a return and avoid the 15% Restocking Fee, a store credit will then be issued instead of a refund.

Once the return is found in sellabe condition and is approved a refund, the purchase price less the cost of shipping when the item was purchased, will be issued in the form of a Store Credit to the customers online account on Vegas Exotic Shoes website.
- When the credit is issued the customers will be notified by email and can then order their replacement. The credit will be automatically applied to the total cost of the purchase. Credit is only issued to the same account by which the shoes being replaced where ordered.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for creating their own Return Label has to ship the return items to Vegas Exotic Shoes at their
own expense.
- The return package has to clearly reflect the RMA# to ensure proper processing.
- Customers may use any major carriers. The return box may be dropped off at any carrier office, authorized location or given to the carriers driver.
- All return items must have a tracking number
- Customers are liable for the product while in return transit and are encouraged to purchase additional insurance in case of loss or damage.

Processing time:
From the day the item is received by Vegas Exotic Shoes it may take up to 10 days for the Return/ Exchange to be processed and the refund or credit to reflect on the customers account.

Time Frame: All merchandise being returned has to be sent back within 30 Days from the date of the invoice. The return window starts immediately after the purchase is completed. After the 30 Days period from the end date on the invoice, no returns can be initiated and no RMA's issued and any merchandise that is returned without authorization will be rejected. As long as the return is initiated and shipped back or is in transit within the 30 Day return period, the return will be considered valid and acceptable.

Defective Products: For Defective Product or items sent incorrectly by Vegas Exotic Shoes or Manufacturer, returns and exchanges are accepted. In order for returns to qualify for credit, they have to meet the following requirements:

Returned Merchandise Condition: All merchandise that is returned must be in the same packaging it was in when you received it. If it is not in the original packaging, it will be refused. The return will also be rejected if it has any type of hand-written information on it – information like style, size, or both. Packaging and merchandise must be free of stickers and labels before it is returned. If either the packaging or merchandise has stickers or labels, there will be an additional 15% percent service charge.
All merchandise that is returned has to be spotless; it cannot show signs of use. It should be in a condition that makes it suitable for purchase.



PS: Vegas Exotic Shoes.com has the right to reject returns made on merchandise claimed to be the wrong size or ill-fitting and on merchandise returned because of dissatisfaction with color or dimensions. The company has the right to express any final decision on the matter as well. The merchandise being returned must have been ordered straight from VegasExoticShoes.com. There also needs to be an invoice from VegasExoticShoes.com that corresponds with the order




International Orders: All international orders are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Overnight and 2-day Deliveries

We have 1-day (overnight) and 2 day deliveries available to US customers only. All these orders HAVE to be in by 1 PM on a regular business day to be timely delivered.

All overnight orders placed after 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the next business day and delivered the next business day after.

We do not offer Saturday Delivery


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!


We ship international through
FedEx or UPS. Please be aware that international processing times are longer and could take anywhere from 7-21 business days.

There are no overnight or 2-day deliveries for international orders.

We do offer ground delivery via Ups and FedEx to Canada and some parts of Mexico.
